Real Estate Pre-License Course – $199.00
This 75-hour real estate Pre-license course prepares you with the knowledge needed to pass the state exam and begin a successful career in real estate. Topics covered include Contracts, Property Ownership, Property Description, and Title, Leasing, Land Use, Taxation, Pricing Property, Real Estate Finance and Loans, Listings and Sales Contracts, Antitrust and Mortgage Fraud, and Seller’s net and Buyer’s Cost. This course also covers Georgia specific topics including license law, rules and regulations, and Agency and BRRETA law. Passing this course qualifies students to take the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensing State Exam. **This is just the online course. There is no textbook included at this price. You are not required to have a textbook to complete the course. “The Modern Real Estate In Georgia” textbook below is not compatible with this course.”
You must take this exam in an online proctor’s presence. There is an additional fee of $25.00 to take the exam online.
PSI is the designated proctor. You will need to schedule an appointment with PSI in advance after completing the course modules. You can schedule to take your exam on Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST AND on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. You will be allotted two (2) hours to take the exam.
