Do you want to become a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent but don’t have the time to come to class because of work or your busy schedule? Sign up for our online prelicense class and earn your Georgia Real Estate License in the comfort of your own home. You will have access to the online course materials for six months from the date you enroll.
Upon completion of the online course modules, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires you to take a proctored course final exam. What does this mean? You will need to schedule a date and time to take the exam at an office location. **There is no additional fee for the course final exam. ** You should take the course final exam within 2 months of completing the online course modules.
