Online Postlicense Courses

Salespersons must take a 25-hour Post Licensing course within their first year of being licensed. The course taken must be specifically approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as a post licensing course. The online courses below meet the Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements and are approved as Post Licensing courses.

Upon completion of the online course modules, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires you to take a proctored course final exam. What does this mean to you?

Failure to complete a post-license course within the first year of being licensed will cause an agent’s license to lapse. Once your license has lapsed, you will not be able to conduct real estate business.

Taking the proctored course final exam online.

You must take this exam with an online proctor’s presence. PSI Is already setup as the online proctor. There is an additional fee of $25.00 to take the exam online. You will need to schedule an appointment with PSI in advance.

You can schedule to take your exam on Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST AND on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. You will be allotted two (2) hours to take the exam. **You must have a computer with a webcam or a camera attached to take the proctored exam online.**

Georgia Post Licensing Course – $99.00

    Taking the proctored course final exam at an office location.

    You would need to schedule a date and time to take the exam at an office location. There is no additional fee for taking the exam in our office. Proctored exams can be scheduled at any Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners offices. We have locations in Athens, Augusta, Braselton, Buford, Newnan, Peachtree City, Snellville, Stockbridge, Suwanee (Forsyth county) and Tucker. You will be allotted two (2) hours to take the exam.
