Online Post-License Courses
Salespersons must take a 25 hour post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be specifically approved by the Real Estate Commission for post licensing credit hours.
The Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam to be taken upon completion of an online or classroom post-license course.
Failure to complete a post-license course during the first year of being licensed will cause the license to lapse. Once your license has lapsed, you will not be able to conduct real estate business.
Advanced Topics for New Agents – $99.00
This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to meet the 25 hour Post Licensing requirement. The course material includes BRRETA, mortgage fraud, tax free exchanges, home ownership’s tax benefits, consensual dual agency and property management.
Finance and Settlement Procedures – $99.00
This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to meet the 25 hour Post Licensing Course requirement. The focus of this course is mortgage fraud, how to obtain loans for real estate, primary and secondary mortgages, sources of funds ans security instruments.
