Real Estate Salesperson Postlicense Online
Online Post-License Courses
Salespersons must take a 25 hour post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be specifically approved by the Real Estate Commission for post licensing credit hours.
The Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam to be taken upon completion of an online or classroom post-license course.
Failure to complete a post-license course during the first year of being licensed will cause the license to lapse. Once your license has lapsed, you will not be able to conduct real estate business.
