Real Estate Salesperson Postlicense Classroom
Classroom Post License Course
Salespersons must take a 25 hour post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be specifically approved by the Real Estate Commission for post licensing credit hours.
The Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam to be taken upon completion of an online or classroom post-license course.
Failure to complete a post-license course during the first year of being licensed will cause the license to lapse. Once your license has lapsed, you will not be able to conduct real estate business.
This course, titled IGNITE, is Keller Williams Realty University’s signature training course for all real estate agents. It has a single objective – to propel agents into immediate productivity with an emphasis on action – learning for earning’s sake while working in your business during class.
“Ignite will allow you to get off to a fast start you can build on! If you repeated the principles every day for a year, believe me, you’d have an AWESOME first year!” — Gary Keller, co-founder and chairman of Keller Williams Realty, Inc.
The IGNITE training course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the 25 hours of Post Licensing credit.
