Real Estate Salesperson Postlicense Classroom

 Classroom Post License Course

Salespersons must take a 25 hour post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be specifically approved by the Real Estate Commission for post licensing credit hours.

The Real Estate Commission requires a proctored final exam to be taken upon completion of an online or classroom post-license course.
