Georgia Broker Licensing Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- A resident of the State of Georgia, unless taking a nonresident license
- High School Graduate or holder of a certification on equivalency
- Have maintained a real estate license in ACTIVE status for at least three of the five years immediately preceding the filing of an application to become a broker.
- Complete a 60 hour Broker Pre-license course and pass a proctored course final exam
- Pass a Georgia Broker state real estate examination
