Pre-License Class – AUGUSTA – 1/3 to 2/12 – Mon, Thurs (6:30 PM to 10 PM) and Sat (9 AM to 4 PM)

This is the course that you are required to take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures.

When – January 3rd to February 12th

Days Meet – Mon , Thurs and Sat

Mon and Thurs Times – 6:30 PM to 10 PM

Saturdays Time – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
