William has been a top producer in Real estate since 1996. He has experience with New Home Sales, Foreclosures, HUD Properties, Short Sales and Previously Owned Homes. My philosophy is three-fold: (Foster Learning, Learning Never Ends and Passion). 1. My job, as an instructor, is to create an atmosphere that fosters learning. 2. One of the most important concepts I hope to impart to my students is that learning is a process that never ends. 3. You must have passion for guiding students through the learning process, in addition to the materials presented.
Pat is a lifetime resident of Atlanta’s Southern Crescent. Pat joined Keller Williams in 2000 and brings years of experience to the classroom as a Real Estate Salesperson and Managing Broker as well as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Pat’s experience and excellent communication skills make her a natural to teach those interested in entering the Real Estate arena as well as enhancing the careers of those already in Real Estate. Ivan has been in real estate since 2004, and an Associate Broker since 2007. He has managed several companies, and helped start two real estate brokerage firms. With this extensive experience in problem solving, he has the real world situations to go along with the classroom material.
Ivan is an Air Force veteran who grew up in Augusta. His passion has always been helping others to succeed. He is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.

John’s background is education and leadership with a Masters Degree plus Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia/Mercer University. He focused on becoming a Top Producing Real Estate Agent after serving in the Army and retired as a Captain. One should expect an atmosphere that fosters learning and laser focused on preparing you to do your best on the real estate exam. John will also encourage class participation and draw from his Business Degree from the University of Alabama.
